Nutritional Medicine considers the interactions of nutritional, genetic and environmental factors on human physiological and mental health.
Using a nutritional medicine framework, I offer evidence-based and integrated health solutions which include a nutrient-dense diet, nutrient supplementation where indicated, sleep, movement, stress management, restorative practices such as meditation, time in nature, social connection and purposeful living.

A deeply restful meditative practice combining restorative yoga and iRest® mindfulness meditation to bring about comfort and ease to the body and mind. Spend time in stillness with the breath, develop body awareness and establish a deeper connection to the felt sense of calm that is underneath and always present. Research shows that iRest® and restorative yoga increase resiliency, promote positive brain plasticity, strengthen attention and focus, and foster longevity systems of long-term health.
